Church History

From the beginning, the heartbeat of The Bridge has been a commitment to follow God's Word as our guide. Our passion is to love and serve our community and beyond.

2014

Pastor Dave and Erin moved their family to Greenville in June of 2014 after hearing a clear call from the Lord. The call was to plant a church that resembled the first church in Acts 2, with a commitment to evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, worship, giving, and serving.

2014-2018

The church started by meeting in the Bradshaws living room, but quickly moved into their front yard when they ran out of space. On October 26, 2014, The Bridge launched in a new location with its first Sunday morning service in the Globe Theater, where it met for 5 years.

2019

In November 2019, The Bridge moved to a storefront location on the corner of 2nd and Main Streets.

2022

The Bridge purchased a permanent home at 201 S 4th Street in Greenville.
